To fix the acoustic detection tube and the steel cage, steel pipe clips are preferred. After compressing the acoustic tube, the clips are welded to the steel bars, and the fixed point acoustic tube and the steel cage are fixed. The binding method: first wrap the iron wire around the steel cage twice, then braid it to the longest length, and then fork the wire. Unbundle the acoustic tube, and then tighten the wire (this method is used for tying wires at all fixed points). When installing the clamp-type (hydraulic) acoustic pipe, first install the sealing ring. After the upper and lower pipes are pushed in place, align the annular concave part of the special hydraulic tool die with the end of the socket (or joint). The annular convex part with a rubber ring inside presses the pipes in the mating parts into place at the same time.
When placing the steel cage into the pile hole, it should be prevented from being twisted. The pipes should be parallel and vertical. The acoustic pipe should be installed in sections along with the steel cage. Clean water should be added into the acoustic pipe at each buried section. The acoustic pipe is installed. It should be covered or plugged to prevent foreign objects from falling into the hole and blocking the hole when pouring concrete.
The buried depth of the acoustic detection pipe should be - above the bottom of the cast-in-place pile, the upper end of the acoustic detection pipe should be 3- higher than the top surface of the cast-in-place pile, and the exposed height of the acoustic detection pipe on the same pile should be the same.
